Mill Valley Zen is open to anyone wanting to learn to meditate, to have a regular meditation practice, to sit with others, to study Zen, to investigate the question of what it means to be a human being in these challenging and amazing times.
This group was formed for people who want to have a regular meditation practice and find it difficult to maintain a regular practice in the midst of their busy lives, as well as for those who want to refresh or deepen their practices.
