SUMMARY:2019 Mindful Leadership Summit
DESCRIPTION:Over the last 6 years\, this annual event has brought together 3\,540 leaders from over 34 countries. The Summit includes keynote talks\, panel discussions\, interactive workshops\, practices\, mindful movement\, and plenty of opportunities to share and connect. Attendees learn from the experts about how to be a better leader\, transform workplace culture\, improve a team’s health & performance\, and create a thriving people-centric organization. \nMarc Lesser will be presenting twice at the Summit: \n• November 16: Keynote address (topic TBA)\n• November 17\, 1:00 – 4:00 pm: Seven Practices of a Mindful Leader workshop. This mindfulness-based emotional intelligence training integrates self-awareness\, communication skills\, and cutting-edge neuroscience with depth and accessibility for leaders\, and will draw from Marc Lesser’s acclaimed book Seven Practices of a Mindful Leader: Lessons from Google and a Zen Monastery Kitchen.
